BBC films Alien phenomenon in Antarctica

A stunning and a little frightening phenomenon was captured on video and is called "ice finger of death." Cameramen Hugh Miller, and Doug Anderson (Hugh Miller et Doug Anderson) have become pioneers of a previously unknown phenomenon during his stay in Antarctica.

Above the surface of the ocean cameramen found ice stalactites which penetrate the depth of the ocean in the form of a jet of extremely cold (almost frozen), and very salty water. Scientists named this phenomenon "brinikly", and operators who have seen him dubbed this phenomenon "the icy finger of death."

Water is the jet has a much higher density than the rest of the surrounding ocean water, and also the temperature of this stream is much lower, it is colder the ice, to put it bluntly. How is this possible, scientists can not explain. Previously, a similar phenomenon with no experienced and had no idea about the possible existence of such!

This "ice finger of death 'kills all living up to what touches, turning everything to ice. This is clearly possible to see a fantastic video, which provided a channel BBC. This chilling torrent of salt water as the river rushes rough vnutriokeanskaya from the surface to the depths of the ocean and sweep away everything in its path. All ocean animals (starfish and other ocean organisms) gradually fall into this trap of ice.

Near the volcanic island of Ross, where they were installed underwater cameras BBC, the operators were able to detect and shoot four stalactite of ice that are formed at very high speeds and really make freeze blood in the veins of who is watching this phenomenon.
