Ufology




History and legitimacy

Ufology has never been fully accepted for legitimate science from the academic community. As an exception is the University of Melbourne , Australia , in August 2008 which gave the first Ph.D. in philosophy of ufology [1] . Furthermore, over the years various governments and independent institution for research. The most famous such study is the " Blue Book "( 1952 - 1970 ).
Physical evidence
Besides eyewitness accounts of UFO sightings, there are many other evidences which are the subject of a study of ufology. These are photos and videos, testimony of military and civilian radars , physical traces of the landing of an unidentified object (prints on the ground, burned crops, etc..) radiation .
Categorization of observations

In order to facilitate the study of unidentified flying objects, other researchers proposed several classification systems.
One of the categorization used is based on the type of object being viewed. The options are:
disc-shaped object, a "flying saucer"
fast moving lights capable of abrupt change posokatata reach of conventional aircraft
black triangles
objects shaped cigars
other types: spheres, domes, shapeless, yaytsepodobni and others.
Hypotheses

Some expressed hypotheses about the origin of UFOs include:
aircraft of one or more extraterrestrial civilizations
Aircraft of creatures come from another dimension
unknown to science living organisms capable of flying
secret experimental aircraft of earthly origin
natural phenomena such as the fireball
human psychological phenomena such as hallucinations and dreams .
