Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the understanding of extraterrestrial intelligence . Founded in 1990 by Dr. Steven M. Greer, who is also the International Director of the organization. CSETI is a worldwide effort that focuses on the placement of research teams in the area where UFOs are producing great aerial activity and conduct research with electronic guidance equipment at specific locations in order to initiate communication with extraterrestrial intelligence. Communication protocols include the use of sound, light signals and telepathy (consciousness). The consciousness or telepathy is the primary means used by the research teams qualified to initiate contact with extraterrestrial (alien) intelligence.
