E.T. The movie about an Alien on Earth (1982)


 Land in a forest in California Aliens and collect vegetation samples. When suddenly a group of government agents who have not the aliens with their spaceship crashes to flee to avoid detection. They accidentally left back one of their companions, who had moved too far. Now totally alone, looking for the little alien hiding in a house in a nearby suburb. There, the eleven-year old Elliott lives with his family. Between him and the young visitors quickly became friends. Both are lonely: Elliott misses his father, who has flown the coop, and ET misses his companions, who have him "three million light years from home" left behind from the earth.The experience both times funny, sometimes tragic adventures, while ET expresses his nostalgia when he wants to "phone home". Between Elliott and E.T. develops a telepathic connection, which causes a transfer of their emotional states. Together with his brother and sister Gertie, and Michael Elliott tries to protect the unusual friend to the world of adults - and this includes her mother, Mary, who they initiated until the very end, when ET and Elliott's health also deteriorated so dramatically. The biggest threat, however, goes from snooping government representatives, the ET want to capture for research purposes. Once they have succeeded to track him, is established in the House of Elliott's family, a quarantine station, where the now terminally ill ET and Elliott are examined. E.T. dies, but then is awakened by the proximity of the returning spaceship back to life. A subsequent dramatic chase culminates in the fact that ET before the eyes of security officials with the children on their bicycles in the nearby forest soars in which a short time later, the long-awaited landing ship to pick him up. After a farewell to the children climb E.T. the space ship and fly back home.
