NASA: The world will not collide with "Nibiru"

Mini Planet Eris

Scientists around the world would have no knowledge of one threat whatsoever in connection with the 2012. "Our planet has been taken in the past four billion years probably," and there was no indication that this will change in the near future. Whileexaggerating a dwarf planet called Eris through all, but he would not approach the Earth to less than 6.4 billion miles.

Meanwhile thousands are already working web sites and books with doomsday scenarios involving the year 2012. Originallyhad world-catastrophes "experts" predicted the end of the world for May 2003 - when nothing happened, the date waspostponed to the winter solstice of 2012. Basis for the hype a few years ago reports surfaced about the end of a time cycle inthe Mayan calendar, which is marked by a rare planetary alignment.

Time after 21/12/2012

NASA emphasized that the Mayan calendar end not with the 21/12/2012, but right after starting a new period. Also unusualplanetary constellations were not foreseen in the coming years - and even if they existed in theory, would be its impact on theearth "negligible".
