Alien life on venus is possible!
First, there is less carbon monoxide than expected from the sun would be. Perhaps it is degraded by an as yet unknown mechanism. On the other hand, the researchers found both hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide, two substances which normally react with each other and therefore are not found together - unless they are produced constantly. Even more mysterious is the presence of carbonyl sulfide, a gas that produce the inorganic route is so difficult that it has occasionally been regarded as an indicator of biological activity.
The hypothetical microbes in the atmosphere of Venus could monoxide, sulfur dioxide, and possibly convert hydrogen into hydrogen sulfide or carbonyl sulfide, using ultraviolet radiation from the sun as an energy source. That would explain the previously mysterious dark patches on ultraviolet images of the planet.
