"Apogee of Fear" is the title of an 8 min. short film, which the software developer and space tourist named Richard Garriott was filmed in October 2008 aboard the International Space Station with the participation of former occupation. He must publish the work of fictional short about an alien life form on board the ISS, however at present, since the NASA locks against a public demonstration.
While Garriott had paid ca. $ 30 million for his space trip, the U.S. space agency NASA, the publication of the short film does not permit. As justification, reported "Space.com", referring to Garriott, calledthe NASA of the fact that they - so to speak have paid for the props, equipment and actors of the film - in the form of the space station and the participating U.S. astronauts.
In fact, the film shows the U.S. astronaut Mike Fincke and Greg Chamitoff and the cosmonaut Yuri Lanchakowthat - registering an unexplained oxygen increase on board the ISS, for only one explanation can be found – as the fictional movie plot: An alien life form on board the Space Station. There must be a good reason for NASA to keep this alien a secret. Probably it is not only a movie, but there is a lot of truth in it, maybe too much.
